May Day is often seen as a marker of spring arriving properly, but it can also be a gentle reminder that change does not always need to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it is enough to notice that something in you feels slightly different than it did a few weeks ago.
If you step outside today and notice a colour or a sound, you might also notice what it brings up in you. A bit of ease, a bit of memory, or maybe just a small sense of being present.
If it feels right, take someone with you. A short walk or even a shared moment outdoors can shift how the day feels for both of you.
