World Laughter Day

Laughter can arrive in the most unexpected ways, can't it? You might find yourself chatting away happily, or you might see something funny on the street that makes you laugh. Or you might remember something that used to feel heavy but now feels much lighter.

If you feel like it, why not think about someone nearby who might need a little lightness today? It could be a neighbour you pass often, or someone you haven't had much chance to catch up with recently. It doesn't have to be a huge gesture, just something small that shows you care. Even something small, like a funny thought, a drawing, or a kind word, can make someone's day.
