Keeping Dementia and Alzheimers away with interactive and entertaining games, puzzles and riddles has never been so easy!

Matt specialises in aiding those with chronic pain and body misalignment. In these sessions, Matt constructs workouts that will help you to keep your body supple and fit.
All of this from the comfort of your home and/or work space.
Sessions are 45 minutes - 1 hour.
A minimum of 10 people should be signed up for a group session for it to take place.
The human brain is a very complex organ which is highly organised and plays a huge role in controlling our thoughts, breathing, memory, sleep, speech, movements, actions and moods. Virtually all functions in our body. It is the most complex organ we have.
Like every organ in our body, we should be looking after our brains, otherwise known as our control centres. Exercising the brain has been known to improve and slow down dementia, menopause memory difficulties, concentration, restlessness, calmness, happiness and inner peace.
Each session is 30 minutes long.
Our stretching sessions are for people with chronic pain and body misalignment, in order to work on their flexibility.
