Personal Trainer
As a fitness instructor, personal trainer and sports-massage therapist, Matt has been helping people of all abilities and all ages — from 12 yrs to 96 yrs — since 2010, and he can very surely help you too.
Matt specialises in aiding those with chronic pain and body misalignment. He has a good knowledge of stretches and workouts which help to keep the body flexible, supple and fit. These days, he can help people remotely from the comfort of your homes and work spaces. Perhaps during a work break?
Matt does a lot of running and bike riding in his spare time, and has a repertoire of personal experiences to encourage you to know that persistence and dedication can yield results.
His lovely, cheerful nature also adds to making your day special!
