We all know how it is: Stress in daily life can feel like a heavy weight on our shoulders, especially when we feel overwhelmed, under pressure, or unable to meet demands. Whether it's fWannarom work, relationships, finances, or even day-to-day responsibilities, it's so hard to keep going. It can show up as worry, irritability, tension in the body, trouble sleeping, or feeling like there's never enough time. We all know that a little bit of stress can sometimes help motivate us, but too much of it for too long can affect our health and wellbeing. Learning to recognise and manage stress is a really important part of living a balanced, healthy life.
We really want to emphasise Stress Awareness Day because it's so important to shine a light on the realities of stress and its effects on our mental and physical wellbeing. Today is a chance to understand stress better, to see how it affects us and how we can deal with it.
