Refund Policy for Package Deals
Once a client has commenced treatment under a package deal, any request for a refund before completing all sessions will be processed based on the single-session cost of the package, not the full package price. Any discounts applied to the package will not be factored into the refund calculation. The refund amount will be determined by deducting the cost of sessions already received at the single-session rate from the total amount paid. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
